Reasonable quality for the price point. Arrived in perfect condition - nice addition to my home office. Plenty of storage w/privacy key. I would purchase again.This cabinet was very lightweight and easy to pickup and move. Tried taking the drawers out one-by-one like it is possible to do with other filing cabinets, but seems like there is no capability to do that. Very, very flimsy. The metal is very thin inside. One drawer came apart from the top side that hold the front where the lock is in the top corner. Drilled a hole to insert a piece of wire so I can hold it together. The locking mechanism is almost like metal covered in plastic and there was no key provided in the packaging. If you won't be planning to use it every day or constantly, and mostly use it for storage, it probably will last longer.The small filing cabinet fits into a small space and is useful in orginization-it is amazing what you can fit (and find) in a small space.Fairly sturdy with decent storage. Careful of sharpe edges.The size was what I needed for the area under my desk. It is sufficient for my home office but, as mentioned in other reviews, the drawers don’t pull out as far as they should. Also, when loaded, the drawers are hard to pull out. I would have bought a better unit with suspension drawers if it would have fit in the space I have for it.Not as nice as I thought it would be. But it worksI LOVE THESE FILING CABINETS!! This is a great, purely functional filing cabinet for its price. It is light-weight and reasonably well made. I'm 5' 3" and not particularly strong. I was able to get them out of the box on my own, pick each up!, and move them where I wanted them with ease. Very sleek, appealing appearance. Handles are easy to install. I got two; both arrived on the same day in perfect condition and quickly. I have them sitting side-by-side with my printer (and a plant) sitting on top of them. I love that I can roll my chair to it and easily work in the top drawers (I keep extra folders, printer paper, ink, etc. in the bottom drawers for this reason). The keys and lock work. It locks BOTH drawers. Handles and keys arrived in the bottom drawer. The putty color is light and appears as pictured. (I had looked at some white ones here on Amazon, but none had the good reviews this one did.) They match well with my light oak wood office furniture and white leather love seat and blends in WITHOUT screaming, "Hey, there's a big, bulky filing cabinet sitting here."Some POSSIBLE "cons" for those that may mind (I don't). They are NOT made for abuse; rather a practical, neat cabinet to file needed documents. Again, it is light weight and will tip while working in the opened top drawer if the bottom drawer is not well weighted and / or something sufficiently heavy isn't sitting on top. It does not have the safety feature of if one drawer is opened, the other drawer won't - both drawers can be opened at the same time. It is snug on either side of the hanging files, but more than enough room to move them or take the folders in and out. If stuffed to capacity with files, you cannot get to the back several without removing some in the front. NONE of these "cons" bother me, but because I rely on reviews to make purchasing decisions, I make efforts to be thorough in mine.Solid construction. Ready to file!I read another review stating that the screws don't fit the pull handles - I didn't think much of it, but it's a real problem: THE SCREWS DON'T FIT THE HANDLES. Why on earth would this company not supply screws that fit the pull handles - how annoying! Don't they test the assembly before they put it out to market?
